Out with the old and in with the new! Inspired by my new skincare book, I have decided to switch up my skin care products. While I was on the hunt for more natural products, I obviously ended up pondering the @lush website. I decided on these four products. Two cleansers (for a double cleanse- one to remove make-up, the other to clean the skin), a moisturiser and a oil based spot treatment. Keeping it simple, not too many products, as my skin seems to suffer when too many acids are involved. I am going to be using these products along side cutting down on sugar, reducing dairy and generally eating healthier. I hoping I can balance my skin back out naturally! I will report back with my findings. đ€
